I am Deborah Chuma from Ntchisi District, am a holder of a Diploma in Community Development. I work with Ntchisi Organization for Youth and Development as an Intern and am attached to Spotlight Initiative which is aiming at eliminating gender based violence against adolescent girls and women as a Focal Person and also a youth champion.

My duties include; mobilizing the youths to be in groups and work as a team, supervising the mentors in safe spaces for spotlight mentorship program, youth guidance and counselling on issues of SRH, assisting in planning of work plan and budget of the organization, attending meetings, linking the clubs with Ntchisi District Hospital mainly youth friendly service for easy service access and representing the organization to district sexual reproductive health partners review meetings.
