Peer Education

Peer education is a tested and proven methodology to provide young people, particularly those in marginalized communities. Peer education will be used to train young leaders to have knowledge and skills so that they can effectively respond to community challenges.

The leaders will be trained as facilitators, youth friendly health services providers, community youth distributing agents to provide information and services to their fellow peers to have a multiplier effect. This will be done through outreach or referral systems.
